Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders ship Monday – Friday excluding federal holidays.
US Orders are shipped domestically and take 2-4 business days to be delivered.
Payments are processed upon order; COD deliveries are not accepted.
We will communicate with you by Email in case of experiencing a high volume of orders or if you
should expect any delays.

We currently do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/POB.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation Email.
The Email will contain shipment details and a tracking number for your purchase.
Customs, duties, and taxes
superpharm.online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes,
etc.).
Damages
As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse we’ll not have the control of it but we will do our
best to assist you with it. Please contact immediately with our support team by Email:
shop@superpharm.online and save all packaging material and damaged.
International Shipping Policy
We currently offer an international shipping to Europe and Israel only.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from superpharm.online you may
return the unused portion for refund or exchange for up to 30 days from purchase. We accept
returns for products purchased from superpharm.online only.
To initiate a return, please email shop@superpharm.online and include your order number.
Items purchased in store must be returned to the store the sale was made at, and may have a
different return policy from superpharm.online.
Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
An Email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.
If a refund is issued, it will be refunded to the source of the original payment method.
